Rural Colonias Initiative

Since 2002, this Texas-based project focuses on promoting outreach to colonias for the cultivation of knowledge and enthusiasm in the community about cooperatives.

Some common methods used are community presentations and distribution of flyers. The primary focus of this work is within rural communities.
